  Purchased a mobile which became faulty. ECD informed me that mobile was beyond econmical repair so they would not repair the phone and have not issued me a refund even though they admit mobile sold is faulty + phone is under warranty which they provided! Customer service unhelpful at this point and had to be reminded that it's unlawful to not honour warranty's but still no refund and they still have my mobile - waited 3 weeks so far. RESPONSE TO ECD: I received a refund of £36. 67 on 08.01.18 even though the phone cost £219.99. I never agreed to this amount and also never agreed for ECD Ltd to keep my mobile. I could have sold my mobile in its current state for more than this refund amount. Do research online before purchasing from ECD Ltd previously known as SPS Technology Services Limited.
