  First of all I like to start off by saying that this is the worst experience I've ever had with a company in this trade. I went to go and service my red 1.4 turbo fiat punto grande last week, they didn't do an oil change and they hardly gave Ronda an inspection . Also I asked for 2 part worn tyres which were absolutely Apalling ! I can not even describe the state that they were in! I doubt they were even road legal and when I said to the young man with blonde hair and blue eyes that I'm not happy, all that he said Is "you what".
