    Our cheaply made hot tub turned up dirty and we had to clean it ourselves when the scary foreign delivery man went. Water went murky before anyone had even used it. Then it stopped heating and tripped our electric out. We would like a refund but won't pursue it as we don't want these people turning back up at our door again.
