  Avoid at all cost. I feel compelled to leave this review although the work they did was a couple of years ago. i took my car in for a full tyre change, and even though I thought it was a bit expensive, all seemed well and good. I got my car back that day and was making my way up the road when the back of my car started skidding (on a straight road at around 25mph). I took the car back to them regarding what happened to which they immediately became rude. So I went to another tyre shop for them to check out the problem. They told me that HiQ had fitted the inner tube inside out, or something to that effect... can't remember the exact details. They then proceeded to show me a a tennis ball size bulge sticking out of my back tyre. After seeing this I took my car back to HiQ and showed them the bulge that was sticking out of the back tyre. With proof like this there was no way of them weaseling their way out of it. So they took it in to 'Fix'. Late that day I went to collect my car, and while doing so they make up some pointless and unacceptable story about one of the new guys fitting the tyres incorrectly. So I took my car and made my way home. As I was driving around a round-about with the intention to take the second exit (which was straight ahead), all of a sudden the car lost control, spins out and does a 180 degree turn facing oncoming traffic. Needless to say that i have never gone back and never will. This garage is beyond terrible, they are dangerous. Please reconsider before taking your car there. Terrible prices, terrible work and terrible customer service. There are at least a 1000 different places to go before ever considering taking your car to HiQ.
