  Very poor service. Booked an appointment to see a Guru. Was told must turn up on time as very busy. Got to shop Guru very busy after 15 mins into my appointment time a member of staff tried to help with the issue with some success. Was then told to go to ee shop. What is the point of booking an appointment when you was not seen by the person you booked to see? Utter shambles sort it out as you will lose customers without question! Never seen so bad service for many a year.

  Monday 29/8/16 had problems with my phone needed phone for work appointments next day.youn lad name Phil changed card and got all my contacts back.and sorted phone out for me.this young man really did go.The extra mile.very helpful very polite..very knowledgeable. Well done and thank you Phil. ..
