  Absolutely appalling company. The worst customer service I have encountered. They initially never turned up at the said time. The engineer advised that he could repair once they found the part. He wanted £25 to book the repair. I left it a week and every time I telephoned they advised that they would need to speak to the engineer and get back to me, to which they never did. I telephoned again the week after and they advised me that they have the part and someone will be in touch. After 4 weeks and still nobody had called I telephoned again and said it was Mr Harris to which they put the phone down. After several attempts to get in touch, I spoke to them and they said they cannot do the repair and that I would not get my £25 back. Id be very careful if using this company, totally unprofessional, deceitful and trading standards have been informed.
