  Customer service was poor. We were informed on many occasions that we had 10 days to collect our sofa, however received a number of phone calls from them insisting we had 7 days to collect. We were also told that someone else could collect on our behalf yet informed otherwise on the phone. The woman at the service desk had no customer service skills in person or over the phone.

  Would never recommend anyone to get anything from this place poor customer service, husband was trying to get through to them for 20 minutes and they just kept on putting the phone down. after waiting 2 months for our sofa and rug to arrive then We only had the sofa delivered and they said we didn't pay for the rug to be delivered when we paid £65 for it, to then say our rug aint in till 2nd January guess what still no rug and they're not answering after 28 times of calling them!! so annoyed with this place !! Appalling!
